The Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program’s HBCU IN MLB & HBCU IN MiLB Experienceship provides candidates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the world of Major League Baseball (MLB) and Minor League Baseball (MiLB).

This one-week program, a collaboration between EICOP, MLB & MiLB, aims to introduce candidates to the business and operations side of MLB & MiLB Clubs, offering real-world exposure to different aspects of the sport and its industry.

The experienceship is open to rising sophomore undergraduate candidates (i.e., those currently in their freshman year and entering their sophomore year in Fall 2026).
