College Tour

EICOP makes annual visits to HBCUs and other predominately minority-serving institutions to bring its educational career forums and recruitment opportunities to students and faculty.

HBCU Student Showcase

Our cohorts collaborate to create original content from pitch to market which is then presented to the industry during our closing HBCU Student Showcase. We are proud to introduce HBCU student writers, directors, actors, below-the-line talent, and future executives to the industry.

The program kicks off with our HBCU Hollywood Welcome Week treating students to tours and information sessions with our industry partner organizations. Every week interns attend our highly popular ‘Thursday Evening Speaker Series,’ where they have the opportunity to hear and learn from industry leaders and professionals. The sessions focus on professional development and exposure to the myriad of career pathways within the entertainment, media, and communication industry.
